Nothing on this site is an offer. The scope and price of any project are set out in the written quote we send you after we've talked. We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it's general information rather than advice for your particular situation.

Our work and our clients' work

The text, design and code of this website belong to SettleMate. The names, brands and products of the businesses in our case studies belong to those businesses and appear here with their permission. Please don't copy them without asking the owner.

Links to other sites

We link to live projects and other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Liability

We provide this website as it is, and we aren't liable for losses caused by relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you're a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
