Around it we engineered a moderated campus network, real-time notifications and production-grade infrastructure.

Our working day overlaps UK and European afternoons and US East Coast mornings. Calls happen in your hours, not ours.
Currency and payment
Quotes and invoices in GBP, USD or EUR, paid by international bank transfer. Usually a deposit to start and the rest at agreed milestones.
Contracts and NDAs
A plain-English agreement covering scope, price, timeline and who owns what. We're happy to sign your NDA before you share details.
Your customers' data
We work to UK and EU GDPR standards and sign a data processing agreement whenever we handle your customers' personal data.

Questions people ask before hiring us

How do you quote for a project?

Every project is quoted individually. After a free call we send a fixed quote in writing, and that doesn't change unless you ask for something new. Hosting, domains and any paid tools are set up in your name.

How long does it take?

A typical website takes 2 to 4 weeks, an automation 1 to 3 weeks, and a custom app 6 to 12 weeks for a first version. The quote includes a date for each milestone.

You're in India. How does that work if I'm in the UK, Europe or the US?

We schedule calls in your working hours, send a written update every week and share a preview link at each milestone, so you always know where things stand. Most clients find the overlap means questions asked in their morning are answered by the afternoon.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from day one. Domains, hosting, analytics and app store accounts are set up in your name, and the code lives in a repository you control.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of fixes. After that you can take a care plan or get in touch when you need something. There's no lock-in.

Can you work with the website or tools I already have?

Usually, yes. We'll look at what you have and tell you whether to keep it, fix it or replace it, and why. We'd rather improve something that works than rebuild it for the sake of it.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send it over before the call if you'd like.

Is there anything you don't do?

We don't run paid ads, manage social media or sell SEO retainers. If you need those, we'll point you to people who do them well.
